About our core workout classes:

Our online core workout classes provide a variety of exercises to train the abdominals, obliques, lower back and pelvic floor.  Transversus abdominis stabilises your spine and pelvis. Your external and internal oblique muscles control lateral flexion, rotation and other spinal movements.  The rectus abdominus (6 pack) is the topmost muscle which flexes your torso forward.  We work on them all. You will need a mat and one dumbbell (optional). Our core workout classes are suitable for all and you can choose from a variety of workout as the video times vary from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
