A few tips on how to be happy
1: Get up out your bed and get dressed. Wear a bright colour. It will set you up for the day.
2: Remember it’s a new day. What happened yesterday is now in the past.
3: Keep yourself in a routine.
4: Eat healthy colourful food.
5: Stop for a moment and take a deep breathe outside in the fresh air.
6: Call your friends rather than messaging them and arrange to meet up in person.
7: Exercise. Play your favourite music and dance around your house.
8: Stop for a moment and think about what you have already achieved in your life and be thankful.
9: Help others. That little bit of help from you may mean a lot to the other person.
10: Smile and laugh
