About our Tone it Down classes:

Tone it Down classes are Low impact, low intensity workouts with upbeat music for those of you that are new to exercise, or prefer shorter workouts to fit in with your lifestyle.  Also great for rehabilitation as these workouts are 20 minutes and taught at a tempo range of between 128-135BPM.
