About our HIIT workout classes:
HIIT workouts are quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. These workouts combine Upper body, Leg work, Cardio and Core. These workouts vary from bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbell or a bodybar. Suitable for those of you that exercise regularly or want more of a challenge in your workouts. 30 minute workouts with a varied Bpm range.
